Our strength lies in our ability to create data management solutions that are practical, professional, and easy to use. In developing any system the first step is to understand the needs of the client. This is often the most important step to creating the perfect system… a system that automates processes, tracks and reports critical data, and is customized to the unique needs of the client, ultimately saving the client time and money. The next most important step is making the system easy to use. A system that is too complex frustrates the user and creates unnecessary hurdles and barriers to productivity. Our goal is to build a sophisticated system that is intuitive and easy to navigate. The final step in developing a data management system is ongoing support and customer service. Once the beta system has been sufficiently tested and the system is in use, we continue to serve our clients by providing training and responding to unforeseen needs. The following is a list of data-management systems that we have developed for our clients.
Act 48 Credit Keeper is a secure, web-based data-management system that tracks, manages, and reports continuing education credits/hours of certified educators in Pennsylvania. Act 48 Credit Keeper enables a school district and the employees of that school district to record and submit all continuing education hours to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Data is seamlessly transferred directly to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Endless hours of data entry by personnel departments are now reduced to minutes!

Act 48 Hours is a secure web-based data-management system that is tailored to the unique needs of colleges, universities and other providers of continuing education credits/hours. Each student or attendee that takes a course or workshop or class can use this web-based system to request that their Act 48 hours be submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. These requests are sent to the provider for verification and submission to the Department of Education. All of the data entry by the provider is eliminated.

Course Registrar is a secure web-based registration system for courses, classes, workshops, activities, etc. Course Registrar allows a client to 1) upload entire course catalogs, posting and editing activity information as needed, 2) communicate with users through email notifications, confirmations, and reminders that are created and sent automatically, 3) track and manage payments via a built-in financial backbone, and 4) view, generate, and print reports, including attendance rosters. Course Registrar is a paperless registration system that saves organizations time and money. Course Registrar is currently being used by colleges, universities, municipalities, schools, and other educational agencies. For those clients that provide Act 48 hours, Course Registrar incorporates the features of another EduLink product that is designed to track, manage and submit hours to the PA Department of Education. Course Registrar creates an online catalogue that can be accessed 24x7 from any computer that is connected to the Internet.

Proposal Management System allows an organization that is hosting a conference to accept presentations/proposals online and provides a management system that enables you to manage these proposals through a review process that includes commenting, editing, scheduling, etc. Each presentation/proposal is submitted and managed online.
