February, not necessarily January, is a great month to lose weight and become healthier.  Why?  February, for many regions, is cold and people stay indoors more.  It is 28 days.  It is a connection between winter and spring, bringing hope for better weather and better health.  Let's use the month of February to have a project, the project being losing weight with nutrition, more movement (just walking around the house more), and consistently taking dietary supplements.  February is a short, 4 week month, so it isn't as long, so mentally, we feel we can make it happen better.  So, let's.  Here's what I recommend in a nutshell.  Every day is the key here.  Remember, it's only 28 days.  Measure out at the beginning of the day half to all of your body weight in ounces of water and then proceed to drink throughout the day.  Plan on eating 5 fruits and 6 cups of vegetables (non-starchy), and eggs, non-fried chicken or fish, Shake-its (prepare ahead of time), and skim milk.  Did you know that eggs are the closest thing to a perfect food that we have?  Eat/drink these in a day.  Unlimited amounts.  Then, my picks for the beginning basics to lose 10-15 pounds in this short month are D-tox, PM, +7, Body Shapers, Cortisol Control, Co-Q-10, and Protein Powder.  You are not as fragile as you think.  Just do it.

Great idea about February. To think I could get 12 pounds off for March 1st doesn't seem far away at all. Thanks for the encouragement and tidbits. I'm going to do it. I'm clicking that "shop on line" button as I write.
