Healthy Performance knows the importance of keeping our children healthy. More and more these days we are hearing about childhood obesity in schools and in the home. So, we must take action and teach our children that being healthy doesn’t just mean eating the right things, it also means getting active. 5 Simple Rules:
1. Eat Lots of Fruits & Veggies (Eat at least 2 fruits and 3 vegetables a day)
2. Drink More Water (Drink 8 glasses of water a day)
3. Don't Over-Eat (We have a tendency to eat too much too fast and don’t realize that we are actually full)
4. Turn Off the Tube (Limit TV time to no more than 2 hours a day)
5. Be Active (Get outside and play!)
Healthy Performance Vitamins & Mineral Supplements:
Probiotics
Your body needs 6-16 billion organisms a day. Probiotics helps build “good” bacteria, which is reduced by pesticides in food and water, stress, poor diet, fat, sugar, and antibiotics.
Probiotics (capsule): For the first 2 weeks, take 3-4 capsules daily. Then take 1-4 capsules daily as a maintenance dose. Take with meals.

CoQ10 (vegetarian chewable tablets): Take 1 tablet a day with a meal if not on cholesterol lowering drugs. If you are taking cholesterol lowering drugs, take one at breakfast, one at lunch, and one at dinner.
Multi-Vitamins & Minerals
It is impossible to get all of the vitamins and minerals your body needs to function properly through just diet. So it’s recommended that you take vitamins and supplements to give your body the fuel that it needs.
